I still felt high/stoned, dizzy, and massive brain fog when I was where you are now biohack. It absolutely gets better. 8 months was a MAJOR turning point for that for me. As for sleep and anxiety- meditation made a huge difference for me. I still try to meditate at least once a day, sometimes twice. It’s hard because I have ADD, but I just do the best I can and it helps. Also- for me, magnesium and chamomile tea help my sleep problems a lot. The heart rate and racing pulse also get better with time. I hope both of you feel better soon!
