just wanted to ask if there's a some sort of timeline when stress sensitivity gets better? Ive done swimming, eating healthy and trying to socialize. Still even a few hours of pc gaming or swimming too fast (lol) can swipe my sleep away complete and I have to rely on sleep meds I know it from my resting pulse when it stucks about 10 beats higher. It's so weird. I think my nervous system is back on flight or fight state when this happens. It's so frustrating when you can't put your 100% on anything. I sleep a bit longer now with meds and sometimes I manage to sleep naturally. Severe insomnia has been constant all this time but after 10th month I began to cope with that sh** a bit better. Hope this nightmare ends in some point. Keep going strong ppl!
