PAWS Update Almost 20 Months

Postby imondayXX » Wed Aug 11, 2021 11:36 pm

Hey friends, on the 20th of this month I will be 20 months free of weed.

So after 16 months of not a single toke of weed I thought PAWS was behind me. And then I was working hard, drinking booze, sugar, etc. etc. and had 2-3 months of no paws. And then I stopped all those things (mostly) and I've had a paws wave for like 1-1.5 weeks. Does that sound normal to you?

Stay strong friends.

Are you sure its still weed withdrawal or is your body feeling the effects of sugar and alcohol withdrawal?

I was having weed paws waves even into my 23rd month of withdrawal.

Alcohol and sugar can make PAWS worse. I would just avoid anything thats addictive for a few more months until you are at the 2 year mark.

You didn't say what PAWS symptoms came back. I'd try to keep away from that stuff permanently. Maybe our brains are more susceptible to additive stuff after PAWS. I'm glad you are better now man.

I think the PAWS brain is sensitive to changes like that for quite a while, hard to say how long exactly, but I can tell you even at 2.5 years I dont drink alcohol or really do anything other than caffeine.
