Re: 4 months/ weed paws

Even though it may take years to get over PAWS, you should feel considerably better by 6 months and you will get some motivation and enthusiasm back. As for your question, yes at month 4 or 5 many people are constantly anxious. I remember I was.

Re: paws is really beating my donkey and so is health anxiet

The good news is youre young, so PAWS wont be as severe in your case vs. somebody who has been smoking for decades. Its good youre stopping at a young age. The bad news is it will probably take months before you feel normal. When you feel normal again, please dont make the mistake of thinking, "...

Re: PAWS Update Almost 20 Months

Are you sure its still weed withdrawal or is your body feeling the effects of sugar and alcohol withdrawal? I was having weed paws waves even into my 23rd month of withdrawal. Alcohol and sugar can make PAWS worse. I would just avoid anything thats addictive for a few more months until you are at th...

Re: 5.5 months of physical symptoms

I think by one year all my physical symptoms were gone. The last physical symptoms I had were tight muscles and constipation. I was still having headaches 6 months into my quit.

Re: 15 months PAWS

Eroica you must be 27 months off weed by now? Update us. Hi thanks for asking. I gave an update a few weeks ago in this thread. Basically I have no depression or anxiety now nor do I have any physical symptoms. Rarely do I feel anger or any obsessive thoughts. The improvement from 15 to 27 months w...

Re: 2 years clean of weed

Ive been reading your posts for awhile and I remember after you had quit for awhile you smoked for a few days and that aggravated your PAWS. I think that will happen again if you smoke, even after 3 years quit. I dont think its worth it.

Re: 15 months PAWS

No i didnt use CBD because Im scared it would trigger cravings for weed. But if it works for you and helps keep you off weed, thats great. Good luck.

I feel 90% back to normal after more than two years off weed. No more depression or anxiety. Slight ED and slightly unmotivated but thats about it. Sometimes i cant concentrate either. But other than that, I feel fine now.

Re: 4.5 months

4.5 months is a lot of clean time but PAWS can last years. I think in your case you will start feeling better sooner than later because you are getting enough sleep and exercising. Also, other than the anxiety, tiredness, and depression, (which suck) you are not experiencing other symptoms. That is ...

Re: Weed withdrawal - erectile dysfunction

My libido and erections are back to I would say almost 90 percent. It took me almost two years to get there though. At 8.5 months my libido was very low and I did not get erections very often and when i could, i could not maintain erections for very long.

Re: Feeling like I'm genuinely dying - weed withdrawal

5 days sober is still early. You are still in acute withdrawal. If youre lucky, you might not get PAWS. But if youve been smoking for awhile, then you might start getting PAWS symptoms after a few weeks and they might last from a few months up to 3 years but the worst of the symptoms dissipate withi...

Re: 22 months PAWS update

I’m approaching 8 months and ED was completely gone for a while but it has returned slightly the past week or so? Would you say yours has improved from this time? My ED has improved a lot since 8 months into my quit. You will continue to have periods where it will be worse and then better. At least...

22 months PAWS update

Im still in PAWS 22 months after stopping pot. A week ago i had another episode of nightsweats after months of being free from them. Adding to the problem is that Im visiting Massachusetts where its legal and you can smell pot everywhere and dispensaries are minutes away. Its extremeley triggering. ...

Re: 10 months in ..PAWS or GAD?

When i was at 9 and 10 months I was still getting a lot of anxiety. You could have PAWS (in which case your anxiety will eventually cease) or you may have an anxiety order now that was triggered by your long term use of pot. Stick with your quit and youll know for sure. 9 months is still early.
