Lots of people are angry about things nowadays because there's a lot to be angry about. Of course it's normal, and it isn't necessarily even the case that some people are fully consciously aware of exactly what it is that they're angry about, they just know deep down that a lot of things going on aren't right, are in fact extremely wrong but feel that they can't articulate it in words, which in and of itself tends to exacerbate the anger.
Anger sometimes and in some circumstances is justified and if channelled constructively can help to bring about positive change, individually and also in the wider social context. Look into yourself and try to determine whether or not your anger is justified.
