I am starting a small accountability group for productivity and self improvement.

After a long long struggle of trying to succeed and not getting anywhere, and lots of research, I know that accountability is the missing key.

PM me for more info. It's going to be limited to three members.

Online accountability does not work. It is not productive in comparison to other methods of accountability.

Well online accountability is better than no accountability. But IRL accountability trumps other strategies for me by a long shot!

Exactly.

Given real life accountability trumps online, it is more productive for a person seeking online accountability to resolve whatever social fears they have.
