I'm wondering if anyone has any practices that work for them to feel better. I'm looking for things that would not cause any emotional suppression, but would bring you closer to self love. What works for you?
Thanks

Hey Ais 2000
Yeah i seem to have found these on Addicted To Effort youtube!
Here is a list of things you can do at home and which are costless but valuable too to do!
1. treat yourself after ever task you do!
Regardless if it is big or small task, have small or big treats!
2. have goals!
During those goals ensure to have smaller goals of what you need to accomplish within that specific and after accomplishing those small goals treat yourself! and this is where step 3 comes in!
3. Satisfaction from positive self talk
when you have accomplished those goals or any task it doesn't have to be goals don't finish it off by saying nothing to yourself a simple self loving treat would be i know i can do this and then, next time when you want to love yourself you know where to look!
Yourself4. Cleaning yourself (taking a shower or cutting nails)
5. Lookin in the mirror feeling and saying i am awesome!
you could become big headed with these practices so therefore don't always look in the mirror and look for things about yourself that you can fix which one will see bt notices! - also being humble to oneself
