Hi Rze92,
I'm not sure exactly what that syndrome is, but when it comes to working on anger I can help as i've done it myself.
First thing is it's bad to refer to your anger as a disease, because a disease means it's just there and you can't do much about it except for manage it. And the truth is you CAN do something about your anger.
In the long term using Emotional Freedom Technique or Sedona Method or another method to explore the causes such as past memories, traumatic experiences is the ideal. But just for now try this.
See if you can bring up some anger... just allow it to be there, don't judge it, don't try to run away from it.. just let it be there. And ask yourself "could I just welcome this anger" and allow yourself to just welcome, feel and accept it. Don't try to push it away. Ask yourself "Could I let this anger go?".
If the answer is no then say "could I just allow myself to hold onto this anger... just for now?" and then "Could I allow myself, just for now, to let go of 1% of this anger."
Alternate through those and do it for a while and see how you feel.
