Try Headspace.
When you feel the anger emotion creep up, acknowledge it, then tell your boyfriend you're feeling angry. Know that it is going to pass. I have issues with this myself.
Anger is the onset of fear. So perhaps try dealing with your fear head on and confront your fear. I'm currently seeing a hypnotherapist and maybe it's helping. Either way, this doesn't just go away, it will take a lot of commitment and self reflection.
