depression is a result of you believing that your life is not cool enough, good enough or whatsoever, you are disappointed and nothing is pulling you forwards
you need to find something you love/ like and pulls you forwards or maybe you may need to learn how to appreciate /like/love and not make everything sound bad and depressive
what you focus on = feelings
if you believe its cool = feelings
if you believe its not = feelings it doesnt pull you forwards
you need to learn how to have good times, how to have positive experiences, how to feel good about this or that, to find something that excites you and pulls you forwards and be like, well i love doing this, i think this is good
if you simply bcome a hater, hate everything, hate this, hate that, depression is there ,
