How to deal with depression

Hey, I'm new here. I just want to learn how to deal with this ongoing challenge. I have so many questions about life that go with vague answers. I just want to be somewhat happy. I'm still young, only 18, so what do I do? I just want to enjoy what life has to offer but all it seems like is suffering. Please help. I can't find answers anywhere else.

You enjoy the sunrise and a warm cup of coffee. You learn to appreciate the smell of a flower as you walk to the beach. You go out and catch a few fish. You walk to the market and buy some fresh fruit. You take a an afternoon nap. You spend the evening with your friends. You wash the dishes, you build a birdhouse, you read a good book, you tend to a garden, you stare up at the stares.

Depression is the worst one can handle. Depression can be treated with medication, consulting a psychic like Voyante Sérieuse from Martine Voyance at martine-voyance, Exercise, antidepressants, Psychological help, etc. One can also try taking help of a therapist.

depression is a result of you believing that your life is not cool enough, good enough or whatsoever, you are disappointed and nothing is pulling you forwards

you need to find something you love/ like and pulls you forwards or maybe you may need to learn how to appreciate /like/love and not make everything sound bad and depressive

what you focus on = feelings
if you believe its cool = feelings
if you believe its not = feelings it doesnt pull you forwards


you need to learn how to have good times, how to have positive experiences, how to feel good about this or that, to find something that excites you and pulls you forwards and be like, well i love doing this, i think this is good

if you simply bcome a hater, hate everything, hate this, hate that, depression is there ,

Depression is stored-up anger.

It means there have been needs in your life that have gone unmet---they go unmet for long enough and your body begins to shut down.

Figure out your needs through reaching out, self-reflection, and therapy.
