There should be no shortage of any of them in your diet unless you're a vegan.

You can remove the "unless you're a vegan" phrase. There's actually no need to pay much attention to "getting your protein" other than to realize that the push in our cultures to eat protein foods is misguided. We are a tropical species, and we are frugivores, regardless of the misinformation some money interests may have inculcated into everyone's brain. Look into proper detoxification practices for more information.

I have been through every single symptom you’ve described I’m 9 months clean and the dizzzy derealization depersonalization has mostly went away , now the thing I deal most with is heart palpitations you say that magnesium glycinate for two months helped rid you of palpitations? I’ve been to the cardiologist they monitored my heart and still found nothing saying my hearts healthy , and I am at my wits end trying to get the palps to stop. Before using the thc vape I was completely healthy but after quitting heavy use all my symptoms came on now I’m trying to hang on but am so down in the dumps due to these heart palpitations you said you took the magnesium for 2 months how long before it started to work and do you still take it till this day ?
