First of all, you have to relax. Your brain have difficulties with the long-term information storage when you are nervous or stressed. Let your mind relax, sleep well.
Secondly, I always try to create my own version of a perfect test. Envision how your perfect test would look like. What questions would be in there? Write those questions down. Study them thoroughly. Visualize how you come into the class and your professor gives you the exact test that you just prepared. After this, just let it go, like someone else is taking care of that. You have to be 100% sure you are going to answer those questions.
THE KEY: On your test day you will have all kinds of crazy ideas, act on it, it's the univers is trying to guide you (where to sit, what to say).
Third, study with music playing in the background or in your headphones. Music has to be without word. That way you will store incoming information more thoroughly and then recall it easily when you need it.
