Hey everyone, I know I am new to this forum but I am going to break it down for you. I need help and some feedback.
I have been smoking on and off since I was 14(now 33). I started heavy usage when I was 18. This past three years is when I really started smoking high thc concentrates. Literally high from wake up till sleep. I was high at work at home and basically when I did anything. I never gave it a second thought due to all the comments about harmlessness. So on to the reason I decided to stop.
About two years ago I wanted a new job and said I would go cold turkey. I did and don't even know how long i lasted. Not this long that's for sure. I suffered from headaches, head pressure, nausea among other things. I started smoking and I went back to normal. This time I was in a store and stood up fast and almost passed out due to the blood pressure issue. It made me freak out and I was super stoned at the time and ended up having a horrible anxiety attack. I said screw this and stopped cold turkey the next day. First few days were ok with some loss.of appetite and nausea. Then the second week came and I started getting daily headaches, light sensitivity, dizzy spells and horrible panic attacks. It was so bad for about 40 days I couldn't even leave the house. I would have a panic attack everyday. It has gotten better but I am still dealing with the headaches and nausea. My legs also feel weak sometimes which could be related to the anxiety.
I understand this takes time to heal but it really sucks. I am going to get a full blood screen just to be sure but I doubt anything is wrong. I am slightly overweight but eat healthy and exercise weekly. I appreciate everyone's post and am just asking for some feedback if anyone else has these symptoms and if there is a way to alleviate them or just waiting for more time to pass.
Thank you all.
