Moving on with my life (quitting again!)

Thank you both for your lovely replies. Giving up nicotine has made me realise how short the withdrawal is compared to weed. I haven't been smoking/using nicotine spray for too long so probably a little easier for me but preciously in life smoked cigs a fair bit.

Firstly well done on making two months!! I once failed at 101 days as convinced myself it would never get better and I was so wrong!! Ride it out as you have done the worst bit and slowly BUT surely you will return to your old self.

Day 497 no weed

Feeling good about the no weed. Sleep isn't great again but exercising less lately as been quite stressed and had a lot on my mind. Excited I am made it almost 500 days.

Day 15 no nicotine

Feel I have finally broke this one. Have no need to smoke /vape / spray and it feels good. Need to stay WAY clear of nicotine as know how hocked I get so quick! So much quicker to get over nicotine that weed, seems quite crazy.
