It's not hard. You could just find a script to read on a hypnosis script web site. But I highly recommend that you don't do that.

George Kenney was a principal who hypnotized students without the permission of their parents. He probably hypnotized more than 75 students and staff of his school during his career there. Then three of the students died -- probably of stuff completely unrelated to the hypnosis, but of course nobody could prove that. Kenney lost his job over that, and now his school district is paying out $600,000 to the families of the three students.

Look up some articles on Kenney and bring this up with whoever asked you to do this. Make sure you're legally sound before you go through with it.

You have hypnotised loads of people already. All teachers are hypnotising their students when they engage them in an interesting way. It doesn't need a hypnotic induction. What is the upcoming event that you want to train your students for? Just running rehearsals of the event would have the similar hypnotic effects; helping your students to visualise how they are going to participate.

If you want to run some hypnotic inductions, you don't have to tell them that it's hypnosis. Teach them how to breathe to manage any anxiety. Closing their eyes will help them imagine. If it is a "performance" situation that is likely to inhibit the socially anxious students, then get them to visualise a role or character that portrays confidence.

Seems odd that you were asked or encouraged to hypnotize a class en masse and that the school is "used to" it. Many would say that the public "education" system itself is all about mass subliminal hypnosis. Personally I think that that notion is somewhat exaggerated but that there's also an element of truth in it.

As someone already said, you need to think carefully about the possible implications of such a thing. Are the parents on board with this?

I personally agree with saladinsmith on this one. I am not a pro in hypnosis, but If you want to actually hypnotize a class, think of what can happen first. Not a lot of people have a right idea of what hypnosis is actually, and if something happens... also, there could be some kids with some mental or psychotic disorders and if you hypnotize them, I believe, it can lead to an unintended and dangerous consequences.
