Postby Elafuns » Tue Jun 17, 2014 6:47 pm

After having anorexia, we'll I suppose I still have it you don't really just get rid of it but anyway I started eating regularly and put the weight back on but there was a red carpet event coming up so I started eating well and running in the mornings to look good for it but then eating became small portions and counting calories until I was eating less than 400 calories a day again. I then binge ate so much food with the hunger and feel so bad and fat about myself, I don't know how to feel better I just want everything to stop please help me

I have been in this position I know how you feel. After I had anorexia I hated myself when I had to put on weight. And I developed a new eating disorder, binge eating. I can not tell you how much I have hated my body and myself but I can tell you it doesn't have to be forever. Everyday I work to help myself and to feel good. It takes a lot to change the way you think about your body and eating but it can be done. I hope you find a program that will work for you. Best wishes xoxo
