I wonder how we can call this specific factor of psychology that many (most?) successful people have. I know a few leaders, owners of large companies and people outstanding on their field. All of them have two things in common:
1. Peace. They seem to be calm people, they usually speak slowly and their messages are clear and straightforward.
2. Lack of perfectionism. Sometimes I call those people "dumb", perhaps because I'm jealous But there's something annoying in them, like the lack of awereness. They are very productive while doing many things wrong. Their thinking seems to be as slow as their speech, but they are still active. The result is that they do 50 things, where for example 40 are mistakes and 10 are success, while others do 2 perfect things. Today I consider perfectionism as something very, very bad and troublesome, but still some lack of awereness of those people is annoying for me.
What do you think? How can we call those properties? Goal-oriented thinking? Low anxiety? They do more and think less - is this the recipe of success?
