I feel so stressed out all the time

Hi.
I am an undergraduate student in Science, but want to take up Arts. I am also a Dancer and have a major solo performance in April. In India, to take us masters courses, we need to give entrance examinations, which is honestly freaking me out a lot. Since it is a completely new course I want to take up in masters, I will have to, quite obviously, complete the undergraduation syllabus first. Also, I have to practice since I am only a amateur in dance as well. The cherry on the cake is the fact that I absolutely SUCK at time management. I have a problem that I dont have a sense of time, that is, I cant understand how much time is required for a particular job, or how much is a minute. I know it sounds weird but it is happening, and it is making me freak out. I know I need to study and dance and manage my time effectively. But I am not able to. I feel so tired all the time, that I don't even feel like studying. I feel sleepy, light-headed throughout the day, and I know I am wasting so much time. I dont know what to do. I am so scared. Help me put, please.

I think you need to make yourself your number 1 priority. If you are not getting 8 hours of sleep at night you are not gonna have the strength to accomplish all your goals. My advice for time management would be to time yourself doing each activity. Write that down and then create a schedule that allows you to sleep and properly , while achieving your goals. Also , try mediation for 20 minutes per day , so that you can clear your mind and love yourself, regardless of your accomplishments.

Sometimes, you have to make the choice of what you want most in your life. It is possible you need to let go of something and just simplify your life.

I also sometimes get overwhelmed by too many things and this kills the life in me.

Well you must discipline yourself .Read books online for time management ,self esteem ,motivation ,how brain works etc .
