Almost 9 Months of Not Smoking Weed..My Reaction Time Still

I'm not sure if they also call this brain fog or not but my central nervous system feels fried. It takes a lot of energy to try to comprehend things fast. Is this gonna take 2 years for me to heal? My memory still not great either, however I kinda focus better (more if it's something I'm interested in). This is ridiculous for how young I am. I'm tired of feeling retarded.
