How Can I Reduce My Anxiety Without Medication

For immediate relief from anxiety, stand up, pull your shoulders back, plant your feet equally and broadly separated, and open your chest. Then, at that point, inhale profoundly. This stance joined with profound breathing, assists your body with recollecting that it's not in peril at the present time and that it is in charge (not vulnerable).

Breathing exercises helped me a lot. At first, it is really difficult to do but you get used to it with time. Also, exercises are very important. At least try to walk 10k steps in a day.

Okay I have the best answer for you.

The best way to reduce anxiety without medication and side effects is to consider reiki therapy. I was going through a really bad anxiety phase after a professional failure, and someone recommended me to get this therapy done from psych associates. I was skeptical at first but in the long term it has helped me lot.

I hope this answer helps you. All the best.

I would love to answer this. I have a personal experience on this. My dad had a condition called Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) after he had a heart attack. He was hospitalized for two weeks and when he came back he was a completely different person. His behavior changed and he started getting anxiety attacks quite often. Even a minor pain used to stress him out. This was continued for a couple of weeks until my friend suggested me to try Ayurvedic therapy. I searched and found several herbs that can help in treating anxiety, especially chamomile tea for all types of Ayurvedic remedies and now trying them out. let's hope for the best.
