Abusing fight or flight response and excessive adrenergic activity in young hood messed my neurotransmitter balance seriously thats the cause of my all mental problems. In pschological approach i think fear of losing my manhood is at the core of my anxiety bur im not sure. I have problems with my sister demenden on my mother and had a father who hated me. I once heard of a saying that states that the more strong the pain, the more universal it is. By that logic, if something does not cause you much pain then it is probably not biologically / psychologically programmed into your brain. On the positive side, the more universal the problem, the more likely it is to have a universal solution.

As such, I definitely see that there are few things to address, but I'm sure that you can come on top if you work on these topics. I don't promise results overnight, but I am saying that you can do it. I know you can, because I did it myself and I know of many people who did the same.

Sure, a drug can help you, but wouldn't you like a more long-term solution?

Pain, suffering, anxiety created by worldy events, in the above metaphor they are all synonyms.

Pain can be a generalised topic..the point is people with anxiety react differently to worldly events in a negative manner.
