In Civilized Society, uncouth and vulgar behavior is never appropriate. Well, unless you are a 'Billionaire', more often than not filing for Bankruptcy, who is running for Public Office.

But Decent People live and act Decently. Stooping to Barbarism is never appropriate.

Barbarism is cruel and brutal. Sometimes shouting and swearing is not.

I can't fail but to notice that you are at a total loss in regards to explaining yourself.

I suppose your Argument consists in the Fact that because you often Shout and Swear, any you Think you are such a Perfectly Nice Person, that, well, de facto, it Must be Okay.... when YOU do it.

But just let somebody shout and swear at you... maybe for Professional Incompetence or some such obviously mistaken impression, and I suppose THEN you would find Shouting and Swearing to entirely uncalled for.

Besides, THIS is an Anger Management Forum, need I remind you. People come Here to get away from Shouting and Cussing. Maybe you should try to HELP.

Am I really at a total loss when explaining myself?

I do shout and swear sometimes, and I wouldn't say it is often, I would say that sometimes it is appropriate for me. Who are you to judge me?

People shout and swear at me, and I forgive them easily, I accept shouting and swearing as merely a part of the spectrum of human expression. I wouldn't say that it is brutal, cruel or barbaric. My former boss shouted in my face, and I smiled back at him, he then gave me the sack and now I have a nicer boss, it's all good.

It's possible to be passionate and to shout and swear without being angry.
