If you want to know more about these drugs I recommend you to read a pharmacy chemistry book: psychomedicaments it has all: anti deppresants and others:
There could be something bad about these drugs: like side effects and stuff is just that not as bad as people make them look like, i mean you can see what negative statements made about caffeine, i think negative statements about caffeine are too much,
When i become extreme anxious i use diazepam sometimes: i know it does have side effects, it makes you feel dizzy and others, but hey i think that is much better than anxiety itself:
So do not take other peoples statements too much serious no matter how much professional it sounds, neither me, you decide for yourself if it is worth to use these drugs, are they doing good or bad, you can read pharmacy books,
I also recommend you to trust yourself:
If you believe " there is something wrong with me, my brain " the belief itself is more powerful than a drug, it just keeps bringing these negative feelings:
but if you trust yourself, if you be like: i am going to have some good times today, its going to be relaxing loving or exciting:
This can make you feel much more better, " what you focus on, what you believe " can do magic, is the best drug with no side effects that you can give yourself...
