Had Brain Fog For Two Years Before Quitting Pot

Hi,I've been having brain fog since late 2018. A little bit from depression & anxiety but mostly from smoking too much weed. I was addicted because I liked the psychadelic effects it had of seeing patterns and it just eased my anxiety. I never wanted to blame pot for what was going on with me. I should of quit from the beginning though but I kept fogging up my brain more and more. I kept smoking with my friends because I didn't wanna be considered a pussy. I've engaged in lot of smoking tournaments where I feel like I fried by brain. I been clean from 6 months now and still feel slow. I'd say the fog has lessen a bit but I still don't feel normal at all. Am I f***ed forever? Thanks!

No you are not. There are people that smoked tons of weed daily for over 30 years that have recovered fully. Based on my research the average time of full recovery is in between 1 to 2 years.

I am in month 9 now. Still have brain fog, but has been tremendously improved over the last few months.
