When do you really know that you are in hypnosis?

for me my critical mind, the analytical part that weighs and judges things, gets set aside. My body also feels different. Definitely more relaxed.

Hi,

New poster here...

I have purchased a few different downloads for self hypnosis, and I was wondering if it is important to focus one each on at a time and work with each one for a while before using the others?

Is it at all less effective to do them in relatively rapid succession, or are they equally effective if the sessions are close together, but for different things?

I appreciate all replies regarding this...

Hi

Q:I have purchased a few different downloads for self hypnosis, and I was wondering if it is important to focus one each on at a time and work with each one for a while before using the other?
A:Focusing on one Is better I guess

Q: Is it at all less effective to do them in relatively rapid succession, or are they equally effective if the sessions are close together, but for different things?
A: Effective......The main thingy of self hypnosis is to relax first....
Can you really relax while having so many others which you think might work better for you?

Maybe you should find one you're comfortable with.try it and see if it works best for you.

hypnosis- yes hypnosis can help.

subliminals- for rheumatism? I would use a doctor and hypnosis. If it's conflicting parts then hypnosis can help. If it's physiological then a doctor might help. Gelatin works good too, since it is exactly what is being broken down it will help build it back up.

In your experience how long and how often do you need to use a subliminal hypnosis recording before you begin to see results?

whose experience? I don't use subliminals anymore. they've never done anything. though I've used Ambiguity and Implication in plain speech and have had the out of conscious mind process it correctly. I suppose that's the closest thing to "subliminal" that I use. That and covert anchoring.

I think subliminal cd will done a work.

i am currently addicted to something. And i am trying the Sub cd from Innertalk.

I believe it is the matter of time to make a change in my thinking pattern.

Yes, repetition do work. I am not trying to sell something. But last time i bought a product which are fake ...and honestly, the world outside there is full of fake thing. you need to be wise and see what is the difference.

May God bless you!

Expectancy breeds results. A subliminal tape will work if you expect it to work.

Paul McKenna: Here is a relaxation subliminal tape.
*plays a stress subliminal type. Walks out of the room.*
Women: *feels relaxed*
*1 hour later*
Paul: How did that make you feel?
Women: Relaxed.

exactly. richard bandler did the same thing. His "relaxation" cd was really fully of stress and anxiety subliminal messages. Yet the listeners felt greatly relaxed after listening.

To me it seems strange to use something subliminal when actually you just want to get a message through to your brain - why make it more difficult to understand the message?

I think the main benefit of CDs is to remind you what you are trying to change - keep you focused on the goal - nothing magical or mysterious.

I've just spent a whole day editing video of testimonials about how good Aloe Vera products are - And guess what - Now I want to go and get some Aloe Vera to see how good it is.

So I guess you could record a CD with your message to self over and over - probably just as effective as anything else - if you believe it is :)

Anyone want to buy some Aloe Vera? - I got a good price :) - I got a video about it - you wanna watch it - 10 times

More so I reckon. Someone once told me that the only voice you never think to question is your own. Sort of like when you say things like, I'm really rubbish at maths, or relationships or communication or such...We don't enter into dialogue with outselves about it. We just accept it and get on with our lives trying to build strategies around it. Of course those are all negative statements and I think we might be a bit more willing to hear or tell ourselves negatives than positives. But if you did record your own voice telling you......I am full of confidence. I always know what to say in any situation......You know the sort of stuff. Probably it would be more effective. I did it once when I gave up smoking. It seemed to work. It's just a shame I didn't realise that I would have a symptom substitution. Forgot the bit about. I will not eat peanuts instead....
