Very few elements of anyone's memory can be said to be acurate or factual - our minds will recall our own point of view only and will probably have filled in the gaps in the process. Regression only uncovers thoughts and feelings that may have been put to one side by the mind. Their accuracy is usua...

I'm sorry to be blasé Eledyn but I think there is only one thing that Levee thinks about when posting to this forum, and that is "I wonder who will try to analyze me this time and how I can most effectively slap them down". He is unlikely to do anything that anyone suggests but I for one f...

Hi EQT

Is there anything that has happened recently that may have triggered the onset of this condition?

Think of the first time this happened, then think of associated events.

We will never know what exactly was done to these people as the filming is quite selective as was the choice of candidates unless someone from the film team spills the beans, but I suspect that it is actually a bit as it seems- that the participants were responding to conditioned triggers which had ...

Eating cheese singles (American style cheese) makes me feel dirty. It's my only joy in life. I must have two cheese singles at six o'clock every evening or something bad will happen. I have discovered though that cheese singles do not go well with Kronenbourg 1664. Kronenbourg 1664 goes well with pe...

I think that is not such a helpful suggestion as I believe Levee does get some joy out of life - for example posting on this forum and watching people trying to help. Levee: Imbalance or not - your state of mind is not unusual and is exacerbated by your own self image and how you perceive others as ...

I always put in a suggestion at the start - something along the lines of "if at any time you need to change position or do anything to make yourself more comfortable, feel free to do so because the more comfortable you are, the deeper you go, and the deeper you go, the better you feel, and the ...

Become a jack of all trades - it would seem that is what you would be good at - Just because you can do lots of different things doesn't mean you will not be very good at any of them. It's called being multi-talented. The more you do of all of them, the better you will be at all of them. Make as muc...

I suspect it's more to do with what's going on in your head than where you are tapping.

Some people like it - and if for them it works, perhaps it has some merit?

There are a few methods which may help you out with this one - A hypnotist will be able to help - you may also want to look into a therapy called EFT which involves tapping on the body's energy points - perhaps Chinosis - plus a bit of cognative therapy may help too.

Hope that helps

Hi Vicky, Take heart - you are on a very beneficial learning experience, which if dealt with well, will stand you in good stead for the rest of your life. I was once where you are (although I was a boy) - learning how to work out who is good for you and who means you harm is one of life's best skill...

It is difficult to see a way of your relationship with her continuing right now - It seems she has other ideas. You are not to blame for being curious about what was going on, but to confront her with it in any way will only cause you pain. I think you already know where this is going. The silver li...
