Re: Name of Hypnosis Induction?

This sounds a little like Milton Erickson's pantomime induction from 1959.

Re: Hypnosis Community

Hi Henry, Just checked and it seems your forum is up. It seems you have not contributed to this forum at all before asking people to visit your new site. What hypnosis forums have you contributed to before finding them unsatisfactory and starting your own? Do you feel there is any value in this foru...

Re: Britain's Got Talent April 25 2015

A Hypno-Dog act is one of the longest running stage hypnosis acts in both the UK and the USA. Note, not the hypno-dog seen on BGT.

It has as much chance of hypnotising you as a swinging watch does. Plenty.

Re: anyone know how to do steve g jones version of anchoring

If touching yourself as you say the word 'confidence' is all there is to it, then it seems to be missing a key ingredient of anchoring - that is that the other person is in state of confidence or feels confident about you.

What you have described is more akin to analogue marking.

Re: specific self-hypnosis help needed

Jargan's advice is great and is echoed by the brilliant book about self-hypnosis by Adam Eason, 'The Science of Self-Hypnosis'. I recently wrote some notes for listening to self-hypnosis recordings, that touch on your concerns. Adopt the behaviour, posture and attitude of someone who is hypnotised. ...

Re: Hypnotherapy for IBS?

At our hypnotism conference this year a lady called Helen Bremner spoke. She ran a successful study into hypnosis for IBS in the NHS. The results were overwhelmingly positive with as I recall 100% of patients feeling benefit and a high percentage experiencing significant reduction of their symptoms....

Re: hypnosis self-sustainability

Can some hypnosis suggestions be self sustainable? It's been said that post hypnotic suggestions wear off up to 20 years after it's been implanted, but I suppose it adhers to specific triggers, unusual instructions (??) etc. But isn't it that with for example self confidence someone see that he is ...

I did an AI hypnosis session over chat recently.

If you can find the Head Hacking group on FB it is in the files area.

Re: Training in the states

I know for a fact Jay's course will over deliver. I cannot comment on Don's but I have seen the videos, he has good knowledge and experience. If it was my money I would do HTG. You will thank me later if you do.

Re: Training in the states

I would recommend tha stage hypnosis course hosted by Jay Noblezada and featuring Matt Hale.

Solid, practical training from working stage hypnotists. Many of their previous students are completely nailing it.

In the UK it is considered 'complimentary', not 'alternative'.

Telling people about it does meet mixed reactions. Fortunately the majority of reactions you encounter do nothing to hinder hypnosis.

Actually you already had one offer of help from JimmyH, Whondfreak.

Maybe you should try a specialist interest forum. Hypnothoughts have many of them. I am sure you will find someone to help.
