Walking

I used to have long walks to cure my depression years ago that didn't work after years is it possible that my mind became a bit suitable to respond walking that's something mental doctors recommended to me

I walked 3 hours todat haven't sensed any improvement just some tiredness I plan to go to pool tomorrow let's see if that works

Swam for 90 mins. Don't know if it worked. What do you think? If it works I can schedule daily 60 mins of swimming.

When I was sectioned in hospital, once I was aloud to go for a 15 minute walk it was the best. Normally you just take it for granted, but it definatly makes you feel good, and gets you away from the TV at least for 30 minutes.

You're right about taking a break for a walk. TV isn't my trouble but I've been hunched over my computer for six hours now...
