These are signs of hypoglycemia. This can be treated by going on a hypoglycemic diet.

Also use glycerine before you have to give a public speech.

Hi Laga,

Hypnotism can be a great help.

As your confidence grows, you will do more speaking.

And at that time you may want to begin to trust yourself without the hypnotism.
And then you will so excited you will soar.

Regards

Hi,
From your post I feel that your stuttering prob is not inborn.
It emerges when you have to approach anyone either in person or on the phone.

I think your stress factors come to the forefront when you talk to strangers.

Go back to the situation when you are communicating with others and still confident, relaxed and not stuttering. Okay write down these conscious feelings of positiveness.

Focus on these continuously and when you are in a situation that provokes stuttering focus on these positive feelings, if in between you are overcome with these fears, Stry to replace with positive thoughts..

I am sure you yourself can heal your stuttering situation.
Self healing is the best way

If you need any advice let me know. To your success.

Kindest
Shaheda

Hi,
Instead of speaking in front of mirror, you can also join the professional public speaking training classes. These classes will surely help you to boos your confidence level by practicing some presentations from you in front of number of people present in those classes..

Write out exactly what you want to say before you pick up the phone.

Practice saying it while holding the phone to your head.

Do it enough times and it'll be second nature.

It sounds really simple, because it really is. You just have to put in the effort to do it.

Hi,

Hypnosis and NLP techniques are great for public speaking. You need to break down the thought process if you are doing it by yourself. Ask yourself these questions, you're infront of a group of people, what do you want to feel? How different is it from how you usually feel?
Now, as the brain doesnt know the difference between imagined and real - either laughing or depression, then you can fake it and start 'acting' confident and like someone who is confident. How do they hold their bodies, how do they approach the event when they speak, do they over think it?, Are they smiling? Note everything about your chosen persons attitude to the phone call or puclic speaking event (either real event or imagined, you know enough about them to imagine how the would act in a situation as simple as this) then use those attitudes to begin adopting them as your own.

Imagine you can step inside them and then make the phone call using all their strengths, how different does it feel? If you want more help I can treat on SKype so message me if you need further help.

Good luck.

Coordinate your breathing with your speech. http://clinicalhypnotherapy-cardiff.co. ... echniques/

When you are relaxed, your breathing is synchronised with your speech, so you don't have a stammer. When you perceive your situation as stressful, your diaphragm tightens. Abdominal breathing encourages movement of the diaphragm.

Practise on the phone with your eyes closed, moderately pacing each sentence with your exhale. Talk to people you can trust. Tell them you are dealing with you stammer, I'm sure they will be patient. Start exhaling and then speak (in that order!). Sigh (exhale) as you speak. It will feel and sound unnatural to start with but will normalise with practise.

You can control your situation and re-learn your techniques more easily on the phone. Then use these techniques during presentations.

I agree with legacyinthemakingmagazine. You have to practice as much as possible. Finding a local group is your best bet. That can often be tough to do as it's a big leap for someone that fears public speaking. I always suggest exposure therapy, which you could get access to from a clinic if you live in a large city (might be expensive), or you could search for websites that also provide audience simulators. Hope this helps!

There are many ways, such as NLP and hypnosis. I suggest you learn some relevant skills, these skills more effective.
