Thanks paws.
Thanks paws for educating me about me.
Thanks paws for let me appreciate what i have.
Thanks paws for letting me better myself everyday for the rest of my life.
Thanks paws for reminding me that family is the most important thing.
Thanks paws .... And the list goes on...

NB: thanks paws for this period of the covid19 bubble for making it so easy to me because i was able to see that being trapped in home is a lot more easier than being trapped in your own head.

For those you suffer from paws (be strong all will pass) and for those who don't think it's true i can say that the struggle is real but you are right it's all in the head and we have to move forward.
Stay safe everyone and all will be good and don't forget to remember and thanks paws for the resilience acquired.

I was going to say great post but you lost me at "it's all in the head"!!! You couldn't be more wrong. PAWS is very physical.

It's i am full of physical symptoms.
But remember there's a unity between your mind and Body.
The more time passes the better.
Because you can control your mind but you cannot control your body (psychosomatic symptoms) have faith and let time do his work.
And it will get better just accept what you have.

Wrong again. You can control your body. Wim Hof has scientifically proven (they have rewritten university textbooks) that ANYONE has FULL CONTROL over their own autonomic nervous and immune systems. Look up the Wim Hof Method.

We essentially have TWO minds.... voluntary and involuntary... you can't really control the latter.

Lol
You said it.
2 minds
And when i said control your mind it's to control your body.
And i am sure that the technique mentioned above is good.(and will check it)
But thanks paws again to let me discover my own technique.
And if i can do it anyone can do it.

You said you can't control your body and now you can via the mind? This is incorrect, you can do the breathing technique without any special mind tricks.

And yes, ANYONE can do this, not just Wim.... he proved it in a science lab when 12 healthy volunteers were injected with a toxin. NONE of them got sick.

Enjoy, Wim Hof is an incredible human being. He only holds about 30 Guiness World Records lol

Thanks PAWS for blowing up my unrealstic expectations about life and reality

Thanks PAWS for making me take more risks because I know good days arent always guaranteed

Thanks PAWS for all the sh*t you've put me through because I would be a different less mature, resilient person without it.

I am still struggling and wish it would go away, namely the anxiety, and I still feel intense bitterness at having simple pleasures taken away from me by this condition though it has gotten a lot better. I agree this covid19 thing is not a bummer for me like it is for a lot of people. I can see they are going through what I went through, feeling the dread of isolation. It is no fun and now it is interesting because I can see how other people are reacting to being forced against your will into being alone, which is how it was the first 6 months of PAWS.

I'll be at 21 months soon!
