when you walk; you kinda do lots of good things: you are relaxing, enjoying, you socialize, you create new memories, good memories which is good if you want to let go of the old ones, you can consider that as work time, a therapy, i would recomend to everyone to walk 30 min a day , i only do 30 if you have more energy you can do even more,
