I'm really curious about this. How would you go about treating someone with an uncontrollable temper?

I have a relative who is permanently on a short fuse and makes her immediate family's life a misery. She has had counselling and attended an anger management workshop where she lives, but no change, although she is full of remorse afterwards

Are there any practical, effective strategies she could apply - or indeed others around her
