Weed withdrawal or? BMP, Freezing, Urge to pee

Postby penazenka » Thu Nov 18, 2021 3:22 pm

Hi,
1. some informations about me 22.yo (smoking weed daily for last 4years with a little breaks of 2x week and 3x for 1month) now sober for 18day again and now i want to quit completely. (average smoke amount 1g/week, bongs mostly)
2. I also have crohn disease and currently i take mesalazine 1000mg 2xday and imuran 50mg a day.
3. shy bladder since i can remember and bit of social anxiety, tho im in realationship with my girl for 4years now

2 years ago i started experiencing weird symptoms of like i was gonna have a flu(feeling general unwell), feeling i had fewer even tho i havent had, i felt extremely cold/freezing even the room and outside temperature was high af (especialy ma hand, nose, legs was cold af) and i also experiecing breath that when i exhale i feel like its hot) *never had high temperature... (smoking weed at the time), also i might describe it as cold / hot sweats but that last long period of time and some week was better, some worse (my question is that if this can be caused by weed and not only due to of its withdrawal.?? (did somebody experience this?) or if this could be due to medications? /my GI denies it

1year ago i also started experiecing a pernament urge to pee that would dissapear for a week and then come back again and repeat itself, i was anxious enough to visit urologist and they said i have little bit enlarged prostate but that should not cause those symptoms (so im confused if this could be caused by my 29ml prostate) or im just anxious bitch.
(any helpers? xD)

Also what i noticed, I'm really sensitive too weed, if i smoke a little bigger bowl my heart would go crazy and i really needed to calm myself down and say that im okey, but i was stupid enough to continue even tho i think it was giving me small panic attack when i smoked a little more

so to sum it up,
can those flu like symptoms, cold hand/legs/nose, pernament urge to pee be caused by weed (while using) and also in withdrawal? *note im also looking forward to be sober for like a 6+ month and see what that do

another note: weed withdrawal is giving me a kinda bad thoughts, and i kinda feel depressed but not really much, headache and i also noticed my high BP and BMP (idk also if this can be caused by this) but i can eat normally and i also sleep minimum of 6hours but dreams are crazy
i also wonder how long could it take to completely clear my body/mind/mental health from weed (because i believe 30day is just a myth)

sorry for my gramatics, im not living in english speaking country :D
if i forgot something, i might post it bellow

I was pissing every two hours during the night for weeks. The depression and body temp regulation is also paws. Give it some months. Everything gets better.

I don't really go at the night time, but i have this f***ed feeling like i still need to go even if i just peed...hope this is also PAWS but it started when i was smoking so could weed induced anxiety/nerves cause this? sh** im probably thinking too much about it

Yeah just give it time. Do you drink coffee? I had all sorts of weird urinary symptoms like that when I did. I quit all caffeine and it got better but then I quit weed and it got weird again. I still get up once in the night right after my deepest sleep cycles. Then the rem rebound starts.

Have you considered dry fasting to reset your system? I’ve noticed massive benefits from a 20 hour dry fast, even in my paws symptoms.

That could for sure be paws. Dry fasting or even water fasting could help your chrons but you know your body and health best.

Wow, I thought I would never read about this symptom here. I believe you feel this when your body is in weed overdose mode, definitely a sign that you need to lessen the amounts. I had this in my last "decadent" period, before giving up and when no amount of cannabis could make me feel euphoric...just numb af. Every time I got high I thought I would freeze to death. Several times when I was leaving a weed session at a friend's place I had to heat up the car mid-summer just to avoid a hypothermic shock. My body was literally shaking and I was unable to drive as long as the inside of my car was not like a sauna. Eerie memories :(
I think one thing that weed overdose can do is compromise the environmental control system in your body. After giving up weed this issue resolved itself pretty rapidly and I haven't had it ever since.
Good luck with your quitting mate!

Brokethehabit same here. Literally convulsing shaking in my car until the heat was blasting. I’ve had instances of the same getting into a cold bed. Now I’m cured of that bs. What a nightmare. It’s nice not freezing at night and waking up drenched in sweat too. Now I wake up dry and warm and comfy. Weed sucks! Probably was just at max receptor saturation though.

@biohack9
At times it was totally uncontrollable shaking. I drove 10 mins home and stayed in the car with the heating full on just to get back to normal. Once I was on foot and had to run home because at walking pace I felt I wouldn't survive the cold. What a junkie diary material :/ I'm kind of embarrassed now looking back.

I feel that. I’m embarrassed for so many years of my life wasted and so many problems I caused for myself.

That is actually crazy and i experienced also this in summer, when my GF was in short and in bra type shirt and i was in jeans and long sleeve shirt (it was 35 celsius) i was shaking/freezing and also a bit anxious (not high tho at the moment) just smoked last night...i also believe that weed is just fcking f***ed drug and that those things are what people dont talk about, i just hear good things about weed but what all it can do, but we really need more research and forums like to to alert people (although I know, this probably happen only to small group of people)...
also "freezing guys" have you experienced dry/itchy eyes or breath that feels like fire when you warm up or even when you still freezing?

I think the problems start with weed abuse and daily/chronic use. I doubt infrequent usage of say once every week or two would cause this symptoms but we’re all different. I had big problems with caffeine addiction as well and never used it past 9am, but daily. Now I hate all drugs including alcohol.
