Hello Nigel,

Do you mean to be able to get rid of the negative emotions by just reading ?

Do you need to get rid of them ?

Haylie - unfortunately it is not a case of just reading to get rid of them, sicne they are stored within your unconscious you need to deal with them at that level to have them dealt with effectively.

With regard to 'do you need to get rid of them' - my simple answer is yes!

I suspect that everyone on the planet has a whole host of negative emotions from their past that weigh on them from time-to-time. Whilst these may not be noticed by some and don't make everyone think 'I have a problem' - experience would dictate that anyone will feel a whole lot better once they have had a 'clear out' as it were - a friend of mine described it like an emotional detox, or emotional spring-clean!

I sure do need help with my anger. I wake up in the morning and by the time I look at my husband or son I am angry. It is not that they do anything that bad. I just am overwhelmed and impatient all the time. I don't know how to cope anymore.

I get angry and really defensive when I'm talking about problems with my boyfriend. I just snap back at him without really thinking, I get sarcastic and mean...

I don't want to. I've tried controlling it myself and I've read things about how to keep it in check but sometimes I worry that I'm just going to lose it if things get too bad...
