The person is convinced that they're cursed, and their mind makes them sicken and die unless they can combat that belief in some way. I believe this is what Richard meant by holy water. If you believe that holy water has the power to remove the curse from you, it does. The holy water becomes the placebo needed to cure your nocebo.
Any way that you can stop worrying about this will help you. If there's some sort of ritual that will make you feel better, by all means do it. If there isn't, borrowing a ritual from someone else may help. You might, for example, try writing the name of the hypnotist on a sheet of paper, reciting three times "she has no power over me" and then burning the paper.
Thanks for your help. I don't think I was cursed. The video has thousands of views. I will stop worrying about this. I guess that applies to everything. Whatever we say becomes a reality, so if I am acting like everything is good it will be and if I act sick, I will be sick. I'll get over this. Don't think that the video can be so harming, because if it was then it couldn't be able to be on YouTube. I was not hypnotized but I was just following the instructions to try to feel the effects, other than that, I was aware of everything and I was able to like control and pause the video and what not.
