How to avoid Mental block and Stuttering

Postby guest_uncommon » Fri Sep 18, 2020 1:55 pm

Hello! Can you suggest ways how to overcome mental block and stuttering when it comes to public speaking? I have experience joining extemporaneous public speaking contests and these are some of my concerns since the overflow of my ideas make it hard for me to be concise with my speech causing me to stutter and, worse, mental block.

It's probably a case of continued practice.

To be more concise, follow the rule of three. Whatever the subject, limit your comments to no more than three key “bullet” points. Keep each point to a sentence or two.
