There are no trained mental health professionals that participate in this forum.

If that is what you truly wanted...if you actually wanted to hear advice from a mental health professional, then you would go and seek out that advice. If you were actually seeking help then you wouldn't waste your time in an anonymous forum where any random person can give an opinion and claim they are the Queen of England or equally they might claim to be a certified clinical therapist.

I'm actually a trained MH practitioner but all I see here is personality issues. He doesn't want answers just indulgence. He's had answers and still beats the same drum.

Anxiety issues actually & such is my indulgence I’ve not posted since March.

So go indulge with a mental health professional. After all, that is what you claim you want.

Jesus Christ...................

Just kidding, it's not. It's just one of those things to be ashamed of, except what it is and move on. I have first hand knowledge around 10 years of age. Things happen when you discover those nerves, especially under stressful situations, such as a parent's divorce.

Then there's that incest thing. As human instinct applies, incest is FAR more common than homosexuality. No that doesn't mean you should dry hump your brother., so just stop

Except for a moment you were no more than a small dog grinding away at your favorite stuffed animal. Your brother is actually a stuffed animal

I'm sure it was unintentional.
