Well apparently on a BAD day you fail to live your ideal 4 times. Given you are the prophet, then I imagine most people fail to live the ideal more often than you. Regardless, whenever there is failure the HOW of getting closer to the ideal is to remind ourselves of your message that,

"Sticks and stones may break my bones, but thoughts can never hurt me."
