find what is more important than arguing for your bf or your decisions or the things you value in this. Something that includes everyone.

Hi Emily.

Sorry to hear about your troubles. However, I am a little confused about your situation.

Does your anger stem directly from your parents dislike of your new boyfriend and you feeling you need to be protective of him, or is it deeper seated and been around for a longer time??

The advice & replies you will receive will probably be different depending on the history.

Try this method: when you got break something, dont go to break the things that you know you can break. go to teh things that you think you might be able to break but in all reason, you cannot, and try to destroy that.
stressballs are just annoying, they dont bounce. try to snap a metal pen, or palm into a thick block of wood , or something like that.

you have to teach your mind that your burst aof anger are achieving absolutely nothing.

or at least use your adrenalised strength to open a jar that no one can open, or start cleaning the house.
im being serious
