11 pounds lost in 7 days, I'm happy!

Postby Eudj » Mon Jul 04, 2011 1:27 pm

I'm not sure whether should I post it to this forum category or better to the "addictions". This is because in this topic I want to post a review of how I have quitted smoking and how I have easily lost 11 pounds in 7 days.

I was trying to quit smoking for several years. Some time ago I have heard about subliminal messages, and decided to try them out. I was unsure, so I have posted a topic questioning about subliminal messaging software in the "Addictions" category of this forum.

Some people there supposed that subliminals may work. I have also contacted developer of the subliminal software that I have found in the web. He replied, and guaranteed that I will quit smoking easily with that program. He said that if the program won't help me he will refund money.

So I have purchased subliminal flash and started using it. I have also noticed, that there were available subliminal affirmations for weight loss. I'm suffering from an eating disorder, so I decided to include those affirmations into my subliminal sessions as well.

I'm using the program for 1 hour daily, as recommended by the developer.

Results:
1) Smoking- quitted. Yesterday I have smoked one cigarette. Today I didn't smoke at all. And I don't feel addiction anymore.

2) Weight- my usual problem is that I eat too much. After the first subliminal session, my eating appetite has significantly reduced. Also I feel very self-confident now, and I'm sure that it is really easy to lose weight, as it depends on my psychological state. And my psychological state is now just great :)

Resume: I have lost 11 pounds in 7 days, this says it all. :D And I'm going to continue.

Some people in my previous post also recommended to use subliminal audio (now I'm using visual subliminal messages), so I want to try it in addiction to visual subliminals to improve my relationships with the opposite sex (I want to become more charismatic and develop the "alpha-male" personality).

What is the difference between visual subliminals and audio:

Visual subliminal programs very quickly display text affirmations around your computer screen when you're working, watching movies playing games on your PC. Messages are displayed so quickly that you almost cannot see them, and they are imprinted into your subconscious mind. There are several available visual subliminal programs in the web, saying subliminal flash, subliminal power, subliminal images, hypno-doctor.

I have chosen subliminal flash, as it has lots of affirmations, and I'm also able to add my own. One more thing I liked is quick support, before I have made my order sub flash developer replied to my emails quickly, was very helpful and his recommendations were clear and useful. Also there is a free 7-days trial, anyone can use it (remember, after 7 days of using the program I have quitted ssmoking and lost 11 pounds, so you even don't have to buy the program if your goals are the same). The free trial is located at the subliminal messages website

Audio subliminal programs- encode subliminal sounds into mp3 files, so you can listen them. Another member of this forum recommended me hypnosis products available here at uncommonforum, saying at hypnosis against bad habits

:? Hmm. Have you sold much snake oil, these days? :?

Also, 11 lbs. in one week is dangerous for the certain percentage of people who aren't morbidly obese. Most of that will be water weight, which would indicate dehydration. Which isn't good.

Best of luck to you!

Stella I'm sorry but you're pretty rude (or stupid?).

A pound a week is more reasonable.

It may take a while for the ill effects of rapid weight loss to make themselves known, and cell damage on a molecular level may take years to show up.

There's 'no free lunch'.

I don't think Stella is rude for reasonably questioning your motives.
You might look up the "reasonable person standard" and "ad hominem."
If you were sorry you wouldn't have said it.

But, hey, if you can provide trustworthy data from double-blind statistically rigorous studies, then have at it.

You kind of remind me of when NASA tried to sell me on the idea that the Space Shuttle is a business venture.

Me: Show me the numbers.
Them: [With a frown] what numbers?
Me: The metrics that businesses use to gauge their performance.
Them: [body language showing rage].

If looks could kill I would have been way dead.

I just cannot stand spin doctors, although some of them can actually spin hard numbers.

On the smoking cessation, if you really did it, you are smarter than whole teams of organic chemists filing obscurely worded patents in foreign countries in order to have their cigarettes become even more addictive.

Don't think I'm going to spend too much time on our new friend Eudj, though I am flattered by the attention. 8)

Maybe yes, maybe no. According to your logic everyone who quits smoking is smarter than the "whole teams of organic chemists". In this case I suppose that the "whole teams of organic chemists" you mentioned are not so smart as you used to think, because as far as I know millions of people quit smoking every year.

BTW I still don't smoke and almost don't feel abstinence. I'm the man!

I was sorry that people at this forum are rude to newbies. But I WAS NOT asking for an excuse, because I always tell what I think. Don't misunderstand me. Or are you a sophist?

Can you share some quotes? I have lost 10lbs in 3 days on more than one occasion I keep it off as long as I don't get too lazy/over eat. I'm sure half of it was excess water weight which is still excess weight. I like this it it like scientific magic.

Post a link to statistically rigorous studies on this. In the US 1000 die every day from smoking. Are you counting dying as quitting?

Beloved, you want some statistics? Well, I'll spend some time for you if you know the word "statistics" but have no idea how to search for it. Here's an amazing source of stats (wow!): http://tinyurl.com/3eyhpur

in a growing number of countries there are now more ex-smokers than smokers.[2] For example, in the U.S. as of 2010, there were 47 million ex-smokers and 46 million smokers.
( source )

I'm sorry if this sounds a little bit frustrating for the "whole teams of organic chemists"

I'm not sure was it water or fat, the overall amount of weight that I have lost was 17 lbs (in two weeks), and after that I have stopped, as I consider my current weight as ideal.
