Perhaps you should focus more on being yourself rather than who you think the interviewers want you to be. Just relax, take deep breaths, think before you answer a question, ask for clarity where you don't seem to grasp what you're being asked and always answer to the best of your knowledge. Avoid over practicing or over rehearsing your answers as though you already know which questions you're going to be asked. It's important to take every situation as it comes rather than just over playing it in your mind.
Try exercising to help clear your mind- always keep a positive attitude, know what you want in life and how you want to get it, plan ahead, know how to execute your plans and GO FOR IT!!
No one is perfect, and everyone gets week at some point in their life, so don't be hard on yourself because we all make mistakes - and from those mistakes we must learn, pick ourselves up and GIVE IT ANOTHER TRY!! I know you are capable of getting the job you want, all you need to have is a positive state of mind.
Good luck!!
