The environment I grew up in, was nothing to write home about. Every now and then, it's either daddy is yelling or mummy is, there was nothing I could do about it. I grew up with this trauma and it went a long ways to affect my self esteem; I didn't feel I could do much as a person, I always had the thought of '' You are not good enough''.
It ate through me like a cankerworm, I had to battle with negative thoughts which in a way limited me. I wasn't sociable, always sitting at a corner alone- lost in thoughts.
I do not wish to bore anyone here with my boring story but one thing I can say is; it is good to take on courses or even an online training where you are encouraged and boosted emotionally. Where people are ready to hear what you have to say and not shut you up, a training that ignites the fire of self optimism, self love and self appreciation. I don't know about you, but I know about me and what I can say is- it has really helped me.
