Hi, I am so sorry for what happened, though pleased you are speaking out.
Yes, I understand it is quite common for survivors to experience body image issues - some people try to hide behind layers of unflattering clothes or put on weight in a vain attempt in preventing it from happening again, others, as you are experiencing, starve, diet and binge.
I think therapy would be a good place to start. I find having a goal attached to physical activity helpful as it takes energy and good nutrition to accomplish it, though I would strongly advise you to begin therapy before you do this.
