Sometimes the internet knows EXACTLY what you want, so much so it will stick in your head worse than a ear worm of a song.

Confession: I love satin.. I love it even more when wet. That's what I searched and I'm normally done and it's out of my head.

Well many weeks ago a dress washing video was in my search results that was supposed to be for ASMR to help you relax was the total opposite trigger for me.

in top loading washer?? I guess it turns out it's a MAJOR CHECK

It's so precise to what I wanted to see that when I'm in the middle of trying to do work just the thought of the chance to even see the video makes me frustrated.. Been going on for over a month.

Shessh a normal person would be addicted to some X rated video, but I've never been so hooked on a video before this.

Yes, the internet will do it to you. I'd say that if it really bothers you, start reporting the links or mask them as uninteresting in your feed.

On this topic, I once got a tattoo, and immediately after started to get ads for tattoo shops and tattoo removing shops, which got me quite angry, because they were just trying to make me question the fact that I got a tattoo. I reported the link and never saw ads for it again.

Also, what I didn't totally get from this story is whether this actually bothers you? Do you have some sort of fetish towards the satin? If so, I recommend you read the following article:

I wouldn't want to report anything since people do legitimately use this for relaxation and she isn't violating any rules.

Without a doubt my satin desires are 100% a fetish. I've had it forever and usually isn't a problem.

Really just simply talking about it seems to help, it's likely just how novel it was is why it really was stuck in my head.
