Instilling strong feelings

Is instilling euphoria ( verbally ) , aporia , amnesia , confusion etc ... in others possible ? if so how can it be done , I'm curious about these things

To suggest anything that may be accepted by another which causes any sort of tension within them is unethical.

Basically, anything other than being loving, is potentially tensive.
