Projected thoughts are(usually) not recognized as one's own*

Postby sakoz » Sun Jan 18, 2015 3:01 pm

When not recognized as one's own, projected thoughts are perceived as 'other'. Not me; not mine.
They then "seem" as if they belong to environment.*; they are then perceived as such. (project:- to cast out).
Perceptions can be mirage/illusion/misperception. If we don't recognize a thought as our own, then the only other place, where we can perceive it, must be in the environment; there's no other place they could be. Therefore, we react to unrecognized thoughts as perceptions.
What's "apparent/obvious", can still be illusion/mirage. (Like the 'flat earth' of yore; that perception is still with us.)

* Echos are projected sound;- we recognize as such.
Images projected are-NOT as easily recognized as our own; (unless we investigate or are told. (When children hear a echo for the FIRST time, they are usually 'fooled', so they are told how it 'works'.)

(See #81 in the thread; "Sometimes we don't distinguish thoughts from perceptions:" it's a 'companion' to the above.)

I think you mean #81 in the thread "How efficaciously are you utilizing thought ?".
You're welcome.

Yes, thank you for correcting,- see? you are paying attention, your closer than you think, it's the subtlety that makes it appear 'distant'. It's 'right under our nose' as the old saying goes.

Yep quietvoice, how many more? I got it! Sakoz said so...he said it took me 3 years, but I "got it", I just had to admit it. His message is subtle, but here you go.

"Sticks and stones may break my bones, but thoughts can never hurt me."

See if you can "get it" this time...

quote from article you provided; "At the end, that means that you will see in people WHATEVER YOU WANT TO SEE."
The whole last paragraph is a "gem'. Thank you for it. (Wants involve thought)

Some deaths due to projected thoughts not being recognized!!!!

Hippos kill 3,000 people a year!
People drown swimming 1,800 people a year!
Hunting deaths, 100 per year!

Just in those three categories alone we could save 4,900 people. WAKE UP PEOPLE!!!!!

I didn't provide an article; it was a link to search results. What article did you click on?

Oops, just another case of Sakoz not recognizing his projected thoughts...he usually does it a couple times a day, but on a bad day 4 times! Hey, we are all human.

Sakoz, you need to work on those unrecognized projected thoughts...remember, "Sticks and stones may break your bones, but your THOUGHTS can never hurt you."
