Does everybody (theoretically) have a photograpic memory?

Say friends,

it is said, that we change our memories every time we use it.
It is said that reporting crime is often very inaccurate in court due to lousy memory.

However, more and more studies seem to suggest, that the brain is working like a QR Code Scanner,
or a Code Translater....

....Is there a Code to auto-correct memory? (theoretically, i doubt, someone found it)

In my own search for a photographic memory, I found that I don't have a bad or great memory. Still, there are tools like book by Jim Kwik call Limitless where you can practice different techniques to improve your memory :) As for proper official research I dunno.
