Hi syfarz

A big welcome to the forum to you. I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with panic attacks.

There may be some information in our online panic attacks course that will help you, could you read it and let us know what you think? (Especially the page on hyperventilation or overbreathing)

Well, drugs can treat the symptoms but not the causes. Anxiety attacks in the population is occurring at an ever-increasing rate to the benfit of drug companies, and yet the treatment is fairly simple. Anxiety attacks are caused by excess adrenaline production that functions to raise blood sugar levels to the brain, when it is suddenly starved of glucose.

Energy starvation in the brain due to insulin resistance and can be overcome by adopting a hypoglycemic diet.
