Whenever I'm angry and there's food around I usually eat anything I find really fast and after the fit is over I feel sick sometimes from eating too much. This happens at night so I know whatever I eat will just add on to my weight. In high school I weighed a steady 240 pounds all 4 years which is probably thanks to gym and the marching band. Now 3 years later I'm around 270 approaching 300. I feel comfortable around the 240-250 pound range but I get scared as I get closer to 300.
Also it doesn't help that I'm a manager at a fast food place so I get free food. I try to not eat any fried foods, cheese, or shakes because that's really unhealthy. I don't drink pop, I mostly drink water but sometimes I'll have a frappe. I work there 4 times a week so I eat fast food dinner (4×3weeks) more than 12 days a month. I watched tv shows about how people get to 600 pounds from eating 3 fast food meals a day so that has me worried =/
Any advice?
