I am now 5 months and 10 days clean

I'm actually a lot better

I am still experiencing some symptoms

twitching

headache

Tingling and Needles

but the most important

my days are more often good than bad

and luckily the depression seems behind me

that was the worst and it's been 1,5 month since I had a real panic attack
