Hi
"1. Anger comes from a sense of frustration and helplessness.
2. The most important part of a conversation is listening, not talking.
3. Arguments happen because both sides are talking and no one is listening.
4. The person who is able to ask the most questions, not statements, is the person who controls the conversation."
All those 4 statements, are 100% correct, you are good!
I am about to phone for my 1st CBT session (worried about that lol), but they help with anger, which hopefully may help me!
Thanks
Matt
